Welcome to the Last Pyjamas Club

A wild journey into nature, connection, meaning, rhythm, self-actualization, flow, and the legacy you're here to live.

Put a coach, a drummer, and a curious mind by a campfire…

Throw in a few life questions, some good wine, and one sobering truth:

your last pyjamas have no pockets.

It might have started there.

We don’t claim to have the answers to the world’s problems.

But we do know this:

We need each other.

We need real connection.

We need nature, rhythm, meaning — and spaces where we can just be.

So we created this club.

Not to fix you.

But to invite you.

To grieve a little.

To laugh a lot.

To grow, for real.

Because in the end, we take nothing with us —

except who we became while we were here.

Our last pyjamas have no pockets

LEARN

“What is necessary to change a person is to change their awareness of themselves.”
— Abraham Maslow

Before you can lead others, you must understand yourself.
We dive into the fundamentals of human performance and potential.
You'll learn how to work with your biology, not against it — cultivating flow, decoding your emotional responses through the lens of Polyvagal Theory, and seeing life through the powerful framework of self-actualization.

LIVE

“The environment shapes the mind as much as the mind shapes the environment.”
— Steven Kotler

Understanding is one thing. Living it is another.
We take you into nature — away from daily patterns, distractions, and roles.
Through retreats filled with movement, silence, creativity and deep group connection, you’ll experience what true flow feels like.
This is where the "doing-you" stops and the "being-you" starts...

LEAD

“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”
— Viktor Frankl

Transformation is personal — but leadership is relational.
We guide you in integrating everything you've learned and lived into the real world: your work, your teams, your communities.
You’ll learn to lead from authenticity, to meet your own needs and those of the people around you — building cultures of flow, resilience, and meaning in a rapidly changing world.

The Journey in Five Days

“Transformation doesn’t happen in theory. It happens in the walk.”

You step out of the noise and into the wild.
We leave behind our roles, our titles, our to-do lists.
We reconnect with the body, the breath, the Earth.

Day 1 – Shedding

We dive into the foundations: Flow, awareness, purpose.
Through movement, breathwork, ritual and reflection, we begin to remember what matters.
We listen — not to the mind, but to the system underneath it.

Day 2 – Deep Dive
Day 3 – Challenge & Expression

This is the fire.
Drumming, movement, silence, rawness — a return to primal energy.
We meet resistance, and move through it — together.

Day 4 – Vision & Anchoring

From the ashes of the old, the new vision rises.
We map your purpose, your flow, your true leadership.
Rituals of meaning root the transformation into your bones.

Day 5 – Commitment

You don't go back the same.
You carry the fire forward — into your life, your work, your legacy.
Closing circle, anchoring the journey, and stepping into the world with clear eyes and full heart.

Walking in Nature
The Meaning of life is to find your gift. The Purpose of life is to give it away.
